融合状巨大传染性软疣1例

A Case of Confluent Giant Molluscum Contagiosum

患者女,26岁,会阴部斑块3个月。患者既往有精神分裂症病史2年。皮肤科情况:会阴部可见一约0.5 cm×1.5 cm×0.3 cm大小淡粉色斑块,周围可见卫星灶。皮损表面光滑,边界清楚。皮肤镜检查:皮损表面蜡样光泽,斑块及周围卫星灶均可见脐凹;可见多发黄白色类圆形均质结构区及周围点状及弯曲线状血管。组织病理学检查可见软疣小体。诊断:传染性软疣。

A 26-year-old female presented with a plaque on the perineum for three months.She had a past history of schizophrenia for two years.Dermatology examination:a pink plaque could be observed on the perineum and there are satellite lesions around it.All lesions had smooth surfaces and clear boundaries.Dermoscopic examination showed shiny and waxy surfaces.Dimples could be seen both in the plaque and satellite lesions,multiple white-yellow homogeneous structures surrounded with punctiform and linear vessels could also be observed.Histopathological examination could detect molluscum corpuscles.She was diagnosed as molluscum contagiosum.
