双主体模式下高职物流管理专业生产性教学企业构建

On Construction of Productive Teaching Enterprise for Logistics Management Major under the Dual-subjects Mode

摘要 新形势下,高职院校的教育教学工作受到教育改革、国家教育战略及人才培养体系调整的影响,应该及时做好相应的教学改革。当前时期,越来越多的专业教学与企业间的联系日益紧密,尤其是在一些实践性较强的专业中,企业对这方面的人才需要越来越细化,要求也越来越高。如何更好地实现教育改革,为社会培养更加高素质的人才是值得思考的问题。基于此,结合双主体模式下高职物流管理专业生产性教学企业建设构建展开了研究分析。 Since the education and teaching in higher vocational colleges is afected by the education reform,the adjustment of the national education stralegy and personnel training system as well in new situation,it is neces-sary to do a corresponding reform in teaching.In the current period,the professional teaching and social enterprises have been getting more and more close,especially in some highly practical majors.The needs of social enterprises are becoming more and more detailed,and the requirements are getting higher and higher.Therefore,how to better carry out the education reform and cultivate more high-quality talents for the society are worthy of consideration for colleges.Combined the dual-subjects mode,this paper discusses the construction of the productive teaching en-terprise for logistics management major.
