在当前形势下,高校辅导员承担着思想政治教育及学生日常管理的工作。高校辅导员职业能力高低决定辅导员是否能够做好学生工作,能否真正贯彻以学生为本的教育理念,能否使学生真正达到全面发展的总目标。因此,各高校都在提升辅导员队伍的整体素质,力求打造高水准、高素质的辅导员队伍。但在工作开展过程中,又存在一些现实问题。从当前高校辅导员能力提升存在问题入手,最终提出高校辅导员职业能力提升的可行路径。

In the ideological and political education of college students,college counselors play an important role as the organizers,instructors and conductors.The professional ability of counselors determines whether to serve well for the students,to actually implement the student-oriented education concept and truly achieve the overall goal of all-round development as well.Therefore,leaders of colleges and universities should pay atention to im-proving the wbole quality of the college counselors to build a high-level,high-quality counselors teams.But there still exist some problems.Beginning with the existing problems of the counselor's quality improwement,this paper puts forward the feasible path of the counselor's quality improvement.
