辅导员在学生管理中的角色定位

Research on the Role Location of Counselors in Management

辅导员在高校承担着培养、教育学生的工作任务,在高校中辅导员是骨干力量,并且还是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的实施者,在维护校园安全稳定方面具有重要的作用。而当前的辅导员角色内涵更加的丰富,不再像以往一样,当前的辅导员还需要扮演心理辅导、生活服务等多种角色和功能。但是,这直接导致辅导员的工作范围不断地扩大,工作内容不断增多。基于这种现状,对辅导员在学生管理中的角色定位进行探讨,希望可以解决辅导员在当前所面临的困境。

Counselors in Colleges and universities would undertake multiple identities such as training and edu-cating students,regarding as the backbone and implementer in ideological and political education of students in col-leges and universities,who also play an important role in maintaining the campus environment.At present,the role of counselors becomes more abundant,counselors also have to play a variety of roles,such as psychological counseling,life service and s0 on.However,this directly leads to the expansion of the working scope,but the in-crease of working content for counselors.This paper studies the role location of counselors in management hoping to solve the current difficulties faced by counselors.
