基于模糊PID控制的烧结混合料粒度优化 被引量:5

摘要 在分析烧结混合料制粒影响因素的基础上,提出融合滚筒转速信息的混合料制粒控制优化策略,设计基于给水量和滚筒转速的烧结混合料粒度模糊PID控制系统。应用前馈补偿法进行解耦,将多变量、强耦合的制粒过程转化为两个互不干扰的单输入、单输出系统,实现混合料含水率和滚筒转速的非耦合直接控制。采用烧结半实物仿真试验系统开展制粒试验,获取模糊PID控制建模数据并确立传递函数及模糊规则表,仿真结果显示:应用模糊PID控制器前、后,混合料平均粒度增加0.38 mm,合格粒级占比提高8.18%,表明所设计的模糊PID控制系统在烧结混合料粒度优化方面可以发挥有效作用。 Based on the analysis of factors affecting granulation of sintering mixture,a strategy for mixing granulation control optimization with the information of drum rotation speed is proposed,and a fuzzy PID control system of sintering mixture size based on water supply volume and drum rotation speed is designed.The feed-forward decoupling method is applied to convert the multi-variable strongly coupled granulation process into two non-interfering single-input and single-output systems,and noncoupled direct control of moisture content of sintering mixture and the drum rotation speed can be realized.The granulation test is carried out with a sintering semi-physical simulation system,the data of modeling the fuzzy PID control is obtained and the transfer function and fuzzy rules table are established.The simulation results show that,the average particle size of the sintering mixture is increased by 0.3 mm with application of the fuzzy PID controller.The proportion of qualified-size particles is increased by 8.18%,indicating that the designed fuzzy PID control system can play a positive role in the optimization of sintering mixture particle size.
