摘要
为实现现阶段马钢380m^2烧结机NOx的有效减排,采用钢铁复杂系统数据分析软件(CSDA),从源头治理和过程控制的角度对影响烟气NOx排放质量浓度的原燃料条件、配矿以及工艺操作参数等因素进行数理解析与研究。结果表明:适度降低赤铁矿使用占比,增加冶金生石灰及返矿的配比,降低镁质熔剂配比,改善燃料结构和粒级组成,保持较高的烧结矿碱度,坚持厚料层低速生产等措施均利于减少烧结烟气NOx排放量。在末端脱硝工艺尚未实施的情况下,通过上述措施的有效运用,烧结烟气NOx排放质量浓度由250 mg/Nm3降低至目前150mg/Nm3左右,效果较为明显。
In order to realize the effective emission reduction of NOx from the Magang 380m^2 sinter machine,and many factors like raw material and fuel conditions,proportioning and process operation parameters which affect the NOx emission mass concentration are analyzed and studied mathematically from the angle of source control and process control by adopting the data analysis software CSDA of steel complex system.The results indicate that,such measures as suitably lowering the proportion of hematite,increasing the ratio of metallurgical quicklime and return fines,reducing the proportion of magnesian flux,improving the fuel structure and size composition,keeping high sinter alkalinity and sticking to deep material bed and lower speed production etc.are all helpful for restraining the NOx emission of sintering flue gas.Under the condition of not having implemented the end denitrification process,through effective application of the above-mentioned measures,the NOx emission concentration of sintering flue gas decreases from 250 mg/Nm3 to the present 150 mg/Nm3 with obvious effect.
