摘要
目的:建立复方薄荷脑滴鼻剂中薄荷脑和樟脑含量测定的气相色谱检测方法。方法:采用DB-FFAP(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱,以氮气为载气,FID检测,程序升温。结果:薄荷脑和樟脑均在1.0~100.0μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 1)。结论:本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于复方薄荷脑滴鼻剂中薄荷脑和樟脑的含量测定,控制药品质量。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of the content of camphor and menthol in Compound Menthol Nasal Drops. Methods DB-FFAP(30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) capillary column was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas. FID was detected and temperature was programmed. Results A good linear relationship between menthol and camphor was obtained at the range of 1.0 to 100.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 1). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and rapid, which can be used to determine the content of camphor and menthol in Compound Menthol Nasal Drop, so as to control the quality of medicines.
