基于近5年灾情数据的福建滑坡灾害时空特征分析

TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION CHARACTERISTICS ANALYSIS FOR FUJIAN LANDSLIDE DISASTERS BASED ON DISASTER DATA IN RECENT FIVE YEARS

利用福建省2013~2017年已发滑坡灾情数据结合福建省第二次土地调查行政村数据,分析滑坡的时间与空间分布特征,可以有重点地预防滑坡。为了精确反映滑坡时空分布特征,分别以日、月、村、县、市为时空统计单元,分别统计福建省5 a内滑坡发生情况,随后分析了福建省滑坡时空分布特征。结果表明:福建省滑坡空间分布较分散,滑坡频数低,县级滑坡多发地主要集中在安溪县、宁化县、长汀县、闽清县等,村级主要集中在上赤村、洋坊村等村。福建滑坡高发期主要集中在4~9月,具有较强的规律性。最后,针对福建灾情速递数据采集方式提出一点改进建议。

Using the Fujian province disaster data from January 2013 to December 2017 and the administrative village data from Fujian the second land use survey dataset, analyzing the landslides temporal and spatial distribution feature, so that landslides can be prevented with focus on key areas. In order to accurately present the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of landslides, statics the data of landslides in Fujian province in five years-between 2013 and 2017, and then analyze spatio-temporal variation characteristics of landslides from different scale. The results show that the Fujian landslide distribution is relatively separate and the concentration ratio is not high, Landslides in county area mainly distribute in Anxi County, Ninghua County, Changting County and Minqing County etc, Landslides in village area mainly concentrate in the Shangchi village, Yangfang village etc. Landslide in Fujian province often occur between April and September, and show temporal variations regularity well. Finally, according to the problems in disaster data processing, some suggestions are put forward to improve disaster data collection method in Fujian province.
