中国90后创业者社会特质与创业倾向关系研究——以创业能力为中介变量

Study on relationship between social traits and entrepreneurship propensity of entrepreneurs born in 1990s in China:taking entrepreneurial ability as mediat or variable

通过对中国大学生创业者、创业孵化器以及部分中国大学MBA与EMBA的90后创业者进行调研,建立多元线性回归模型,考察90后创业者的社会特质对创业倾向的影响。结果显示:创业者社会特质中创业自我效能感、创业激情、创业先前经验及创业能力均对创业倾向有正向影响,而创业警觉性与创业倾向与其没有显著关系。据此认为,90后创业者的创业能力在创业自我效能感、创业先前经验、创业激情对创业倾向的正向影响中有中介作用,在创业警觉性对创业倾向的影响中无中介作用。故应培养90后创业者创业自我效能感、创业警觉性、社会及行业等经验,营造良好社会环境与校园环境,提高环境对创业能力的针对性,使创业倾向增加并转化为创业实践。

By investigating the entrepreneurs born in 1990s among the Chinese college students,in the business incubators and the programs of MBA and EMBA in some Chinese universities,a multiple variable linear regression model is established to observe the influence of the social characteristics of the entrepreneurs born in 1990s on entrepreneurial propensity.The results show that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial passion,previous experience and entrepreneurial ability of those entrepreneurs have a positive impact on entrepreneurial propensity,while entrepreneurial vigilance has no significant relationship with entrepreneurial propensity among the social characteristics of entrepreneurs.It is believed that the entrepreneurial ability of the entrepreneurs born in 1990s mediates the positive influence of self-efficacy,previous experience and passion on entrepreneurial propensity,but does not mediate the influence of entrepreneurial vigilance on entrepreneurial propensity.Therefore,the entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial vigilance,social and industrial experience of the entrepreneurs born in 1990s should be cultivated,good social environment and campus environment should be created,and the pertinence of the environment to entrepreneurial ability should be improved,so as to increase and transform the entrepreneurial propensity into entrepreneurial practice.
