摘要
帘线钢是制造飞机轮胎的关键材料,其性能优劣对飞机的安全具有重要影响,而帘线钢中的夹杂物是影响其力学性能的关键因素。本文介绍了帘线钢中夹杂物的来源和特征,从相平衡的角度分析了夹杂物塑性化的原理,并从渣-钢反应和微合金化两方面介绍了夹杂物的塑性化工艺。认为通过控制炉渣成分来调节钢液中的酸溶铝、总氧量,对钢水进行微合金化以及通过造渣、控制熔渣的碱度等措施,对夹杂物进行变性,是提升帘线钢质量的重要手段。
Cord steel is the key material for the manufacture of aircraft tires,while inclusions in cord steel will affect its mechanical properties and do harm to the safety of aircraft.In this paper,the source and characteristics of inclusions in cord steel are introduced,the principle of plasticity of inclusions is analyzed from the point of phase equilibrium,and the plastic process of inclusions is introduced from the aspects of slag-steel reaction and microalloying.It is considered that controlling the composition of slag to adjust the acid soluble aluminum and total oxygen content in molten steel,micro-alloying molten steel and modifying the inclusion by making slag and controlling basicity of molten slag are effective means to improve cord steel quality.
