Shutdown Operation Practice of No.1 BF in Hanzhong Steel

摘要 总结了2019年2月份陕钢集团汉钢公司1号高炉使用空料线法停炉操作过程,本次降料面操作未发生一次爆震,用时不足9 h使料面降到了预定位置。本次空料线停炉成功的关键在于:提前制定好降料面停炉方案,根据当前炉况提前做好调剂是基础;预休风前可使料面尽可能降低,有利于缩短降料面时间;降料面初期尽量使用大风量,保持高风速是降低高炉中心料面的重要环节;控制好风量、风压、风温、打水量,使顶温稳定在250~350℃是成功降低料线的关键。 This paper summarizes the shutdown operation process of No.1 blast furnace of Shaanxi Steel Group Hanzhong Steel.In February 2019,Hanzhong Steel used lowering stockline to shutdown the furnace.There was no detonation during the operation of lowering charge level,and it took less than 9 hours to reduce the material level to the predetermined position.The key to the success and safety of the operation lies in the following aspects:shutdown plan of lowering charge level was worked out in advance,and pre-adjusting was done well based on current furnace status;before the pre-shutdown,the material level can be reduced as much as possible,which is beneficial to shorten the lowering charge level time,and the use of large air volume and the maintenance of high wind speed are the important to lower the central material surface in the blast furnace.The key to successfully lower charge level is to control the air volume,wind pressure,wind temperature and water quantity to stabilize the top temperature at 250~350℃.
