转炉钢渣中磷元素赋存分布研究

摘要 转炉钢渣中磷含量是其在烧结循环利用的决定指标。研究表明:转炉钢渣磷含量随着粒度的增加而增加,(游离)氧化钙则相反。磷有抑制硅酸钙的分解的作用,(游离)氧化钙的含量与硅酸钙有相关性,(游离)氧化钙含量越高表明粉化效果越好,用于烧结循环用转炉钢渣的粒度建议不超过60 mm,转炉钢渣的预处理宜缓冷。 The phosphorus element in converter steel slag has become the decisive index for its utilization in the sintering cycle.Lithofacies and chemical analysis show that the phosphorus element increases gradually with the increase of grain size while the(free)calcium oxide reduces.This is related to the inhibition of the decomposition of calcium silicate by phosphorus,because phosphorus element will form calcium phosphate with stable structure with calcium silicate.The difference of calcium oxide(free)is related to calcium silicate,and calcium silicate can be decomposed into(free)calcium oxide under certain conditions.The slag size of converter steel slag for sintering cycle is less than 60 mm.Therefore,the slow cooling mode of converter slag pretreatment is more conducive to its pulverization.The higher the free calcium oxide content,the better the pulverization effect is.
