摘要
我司作为风电主轴行业龙头企业,一直秉承着质量第一的管理方针。日前在生产过程中,UT检验发现一支缺陷严重超标的产品,最大当量为9 mm,处于产品法兰芯部位置处。为了探明缺陷造成的原因,对该产品进行低倍酸蚀、成分检测、金相检测、电镜扫描等理化检验解剖分析,结果显示:UT缺陷为模铸保护渣夹渣,由于保护渣未经烘烤,在浇铸时钢水卷入其中,最终凝固形成缺陷。建议严格控制冶炼工艺,所有原辅料必须经过烘烤方可投入使用。
As a leading company in the wind power spindle industry,our company has always adhered to the management principle of quality first.At present,during the production process,UT inspection found a product with a serious defect exceeding the standard.The maximum equivalent weight isφ9mm,which is at the core of the flange of the product.In order to find out the cause of the defect,the product was subjected to anatomical analysis such as low-power acid etching,composition detection,metallographic examination,and electron microscope scanning.The results showed that the UT defect was slag inclusion in the mold protection slag.Without baking,protective slag is entangled in the molten steel during casting,and finally solidifies to form defects.It is recommended to strictly control the smelting process.All raw and auxiliary materials must be baked before using.
