医护一体化模式在早产儿连续护理中的应用

Application of integrated medical care model in continuous nursing of premature infants

目的探讨医护一体化模式在早产儿连续护理中的应用。方法探讨2017年1月至2018年1月该院收治的早产儿100例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组则采用医护一体化模式护理干预。比较两周后两组早产儿的护理效果,分别从早产儿的临床指标(血清总胆红素、首次排便时间、平均每日摄奶量、体质量)、并发症发生率(硬肿症、呼吸暂停、喂养不耐受)、经济指标(机械通气费用、静脉营养费用、检查费、住院总费用)及家长对护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组早产儿的临床指标及家长对护理满意度均优于对照组,观察组的并发症发生情况及经济学指标明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)o结论在早产儿连续护理中采用医护一体化护理模式,能降低早产儿产后并发症的发生率,减轻家庭的经济负担,同时提高早产儿的各项临床指标,安全性高,也提升了家长对护理工作的满意度,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To study the application of integrated medical care model in continuous nursing of premature infants.Methods A total of 100 premature infants admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases of each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with integrated nursing mode.Two weeks after two group of premature infant nursing effect was compared,respectively from premature clinical indicators(serum total bilirubin,for the first time defecation time,average daily milk supply,the body quality),complication rate(hard swollen,apnea,feeding intolerance),economic indicators(mechanical ventilation,parenteral nutrition,examination cost,hospitaliza・tion cost),and their parents to nursing satisfaction.Results The clinical indicators and parents'satisfaction with nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the complications and economic indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the continuous care of preterm infants,the integrated nursing mode can reduce the incidence of postpartum complications of preterm infants,reduce the economic burden of families,improve the various clinical indicators of preterm infants,improve the safety,and enhance the satisfaction of parents with nursing work,with high clinical value.
