艾司西酞普兰联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病抑郁的疗效观察

Effects of escitalopram and pramipexole on depression in Parkinson's disease

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病抑郁的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月-2019年6月在广东同江医院就诊的经临床确诊为帕金森病抑郁的83例患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院的先后顺序,将患者随机分为治疗组(艾司西酞普兰联合普拉克索)和对照组(普拉克索)。分别用帕金森病统一评分量表第Ⅲ部分(UPDRS Ⅲ)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)评估患者入院时、治疗后1周、4周和8周帕金森运动症状和抑郁症状。结果治疗后1周、4周和8周,两组UPDRS Ⅲ均比治疗前显著下降(均P<0.05),两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后1周、4周和8周HAMD-17量表评分显著下降(均P<0.05),对照组治疗后4周和8周HAMD-17量表评分显著下降(均P<0.05),治疗组治疗1周、4周和8周HAMD-17量表评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合普拉克索对帕金森病抑郁起效快,较单用普拉克索疗效更加显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of escitalopram combined with pramipexole in the treatment of depression in Parkinsons disease.Methods Eighty-three patients with clinically diagnosed depression of Parkinson s disease who were diagnosed at Tongjiang Hospital in Guangdong from January 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled.According to the order of admission,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(escitalopram combined with praxole)and control group(praxole).Parkinsons disease symptoms and depressive symptoms were assessed at admission,1 week,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after treatment using the Parkinsons Disease Unified Rating Scale Part Ⅲ(UPDRS Ⅲ)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 17(HAMD-17).Results At 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the UPDRS Ⅲ levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group The HAMD-17 scale scores decreased significantly at 1 week,4 weeks,and 8 weeks(both P<0.05),and the HAMD-17 scales decreased significantly at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment in the control group(both P<0.05).The HAMD-17 scale scores were lower in the 1 week,4 weeks,and 8 weeks than in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with pramipexole has a rapid onset of depression in Parkinson disease,which is more effective than pramipexole alone.
