经鼻高流量氧疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心血管事件的影响 被引量:1

Effects of nasal hyperflow oxygen therapy on cardiovascular events in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

摘要 目的探讨经鼻高流量氧疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心血管事件的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月河南省人民医院急诊科接诊的78例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行分析,随机分为两组:观察组(n=38)、对照组(n=40),观察组患者给予经鼻高流量氧疗,对照组患者给予无创正压通气进行治疗,对两组患者治疗前后呼吸参数指标变化及心血管事件进行分析。结果与无创正压通气组相比,经鼻高流量组治疗后患者AHI、平均呼吸暂停时间、醒觉时间、平均动脉压水平、快速及缓慢心律失常发生率降低,最低SP02、总睡眠时间较治疗前改善,且两组差异有统计学意义。结论经鼻高流量氧疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者临床疗效确切,同时可改善该人群心血管事件发生情况。 Objective To study the effects of nasal hyperflow oxygen therapy on cardiovascular events in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods A total of 78 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome received in our emergency department from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected for analysis.Randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=38)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with nasal hyperflow oxygen therapy,while the control group was treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Changes of respiratory parameters and cardiovascular events before and after treatment were analyzed in our research.Results The AHI,average apnea time,wake time,average arterial pressure,the incidence of rapid and slow arrhythmias were reduced in the nasal hyperflow group,while the lowest SPO2 and total sleep time were improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the non-invasive positive pressure ventilation group.Conclusion Nasal hyperflow oxygen therapy has definite clinical effect on patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and can improve the incidence of cardiovascular events in this group.
