摘要
货车保温板发泡上模板是钢板和矩形加强管焊接成一体的框架结构,四周设置有螺栓孔用于锁定发泡上模板,发泡上模板主要承受保温板发泡时的均布压载。运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对发泡上模板钢板部分采用壳单元计算,矩形加强管分别采用壳、梁单元进行对比计算,由两者的强度和刚度计算结果验证仿真的正确性,在满足保温门板平面度的前提下降低发泡上模板重量和制造成本。
The upper foaming template of truck insulation board is a frame structure consists of steel plate and rectangular reinforcing pipes which are welded together.Bolt holes are arranged around the edges for locking the upper foaming template.The upper foaming template mainly bears the uniform pressure when foaming the insulation board.The shell element is used to design the steel plate of foaming template by ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software.Both shell element and beam element are used to calculate the rectangular reinforcing pipes,and the strength and stiffness of different elements are compared to verify the correctness of the simulation,so as to reduce the weight of the upper foaming template and decrease the manufacturing cost provided the flatness of upper foaming template is guaranteed.
