Realistic Circumstances and Practical Dimensions: Implementing Thought On People-centered Development——From the Perspective of the Party Members and Cadres in the New Era

新时代党员干部践行以人民为中心的发展思想有着深刻的现实境遇,包括社会主要矛盾的变化、新时代对党员干部提出的新要求、党的十八大以来治国理政的经验总结,以及全面从严治党的内在要求等。但是,现阶段也面临着部分党员干部理想信念意识淡薄、存在错误的政绩观、存在脱离群众脱离实际的工作作风、存在腐败问题。面对新时代提出的新挑战,新时代党员干部应该坚持目的论、主体论、方法论和效果论,更好地践行以人民为中心的发展思想。

In the new era the Party members and cadres are facing a profound realistic situation in implementing thought on people-centered development,including the changes of major social contradictions,the new requirements for the Party members and cadres in the new era,the summary of the experience of governing the country and government since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,and the inherent requirements of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way.But at this stage,there are also many difficulties and challenges.Faced with the new challenges posed by the new era,the Party members and cadres in the new era should persist in adopting theories on teleology,subjectivity,methodology and effect in practice so as to better implement thought on people-centered development.
