摘要
以上海某商品房项目的深基坑施工为例,为控制紧邻地铁车站、隧道的变形,在围护工程、基坑降水、土方开挖等方面采取了针对性的施工技术措施,并分析和总结了地铁车站结构、隧道的变形数据。实践表明,在深基坑施工过程中所应用的相关技术优化措施,可以较大程度地减少对地铁车站结构、隧道的变形影响,降低变形数据。总结的技术措施可为同地区类似工程提供借鉴。
Taking the deep foundation pit construction of a commercial housing project in Shanghai as an example, to control the deformation of adjacent metro stations and tunnels, the specific construction measures are taken in the aspects of retaining support engineering, foundation pit dewatering and earthwork excavation, and the deformation data of metro station structures and tunnels are analyzed and summarized. The practice shows that the relevant technical optimization measures applied in the construction of deep foundation pit can greatly reduce the influence on the deformation of metro station structures and tunnels, and reduce the deformation data. The technical measures summarized can provide reference for similar projects in the same area.
