大型风力发电机混合塔架冬季施工技术

摘要 为确保大型混凝土结构与钢结构组合而成的风力发电机(风电机)混合塔架的施工顺利完成,结合某大型混合塔架样机的施工,探讨了风力发电机大型构件吊装及预制混凝土节段拼接缝冬季加热保温的施工技术。施工过程中的监测数据显示,加热保温措施很好地确保了拼接缝养护期间的温度符合养护要求,同时,混凝土塔筒吊装的直线度偏差远优于设计允许偏差,为类似项目积累了可借鉴的经验。 To ensure the successful completion of the construction of wind turbine hybrid tower composed of largescale concrete structure and steel structure, combined with the construction of a large-scale hybrid tower prototype, the construction technology of hoisting of large-scale components of wind turbine and the winter heating and thermal insulation of the joint of prefabricated concrete sections is discussed. The monitoring data in the construction process shows that the heating and thermal insulation measures well ensure that the temperature during the concrete joint curing meets the curing requirements. At the same time, the straightness deviation of concrete tower hoisting is far better than the allowable deviation of design, which accumulates experience for similar projects.
