高海拔条件下十字形钢柱焊接技术

摘要 针对拉萨高海拔地区施工中存在焊接降效的情况,为保证十字形钢柱的焊接质量,通过制订合理的焊接顺序,采取分散、对称、均匀、减少约束度的方法进行作业,保证了钢构件一次焊接成型、焊缝饱满。经探伤检测,钢构件焊接质量符合要求,总体施工效果良好,为类似工程提供了参考。 In view of the welding efficiency reduction in the construction of high altitude areas in Lhasa, in order to ensure the welding quality of the cross-shaped steel column, a reasonable welding sequence is developed and an operation method of dispersion, symmetry, uniformity and reduction of constraint degree is adopted to ensure the steel components are welded once for all and the welding seams are full. After flaw detection, the welding quality of steel components meets the requirements, and the overall construction effect is good, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
