水硬性石灰在宋代古月桥修复中的优化试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为优化出一种在强度、体积安定性、沉入度等方面满足于对宋代古月桥不同裂缝形式修复施工的材料,在既有的实验室设计的水硬性石灰配比的基础上进行了模拟现场施工试验。同时拟合了该种水硬性石灰水胶比与其沉入度的函数关系,为节约修复材料和提高类似石质类古建筑修复质量提供了借鉴。经综合考虑施工条件以及对材料强度等指标的要求,最终选定了水胶比为0.65的配比作为施工修复材料配比,水胶比为0.70的配比为小裂缝灌浆加固配比。随后,将试验各配比材料在古月桥本体修复施工中进行了局部试验,结果表明所优化出的材料灰浆在施工时具有较好的流动性,且后期粘接效果良好。试验还验证了减水剂及纤维的加入对材料强度有较好的增强作用,同时经干湿循环试验,表明该材料适用于环境湿度较大的石质古建筑或者古代石质水工建筑的修复。 To optimize a kind of material which can meet the requirements for restoration of different cracks of Guyue stone bridge built in Song Dynasty in terms of strength, volume stability and submergence, a simulated field construction test is carried out on the basis of the existing laboratory design of the hydraulic lime proportion. At the same time, the function relationship between the water cement ratio of the hydraulic lime and its submergence is fitted, which provides a reference for saving restoration materials and improving the restoration quality of similar stone-like ancient buildings. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the construction conditions and the requirements of the material strength and other indicators, the proportion of 0.65 water binder ratio is selected as the construction restoration material proportion and the ratio of 0.70 water binder ratio is the small crack grouting reinforcement proportion. Subsequently, such test materials are partially tested in the restoration construction of Guyue stone bridge. The results show that the optimized mortar has good fluidity in construction and good bonding effect in later stage. The test also verifies that the addition of water reducing agent and fiber can enhance the strength of the material. At the same time, the dry and wet cycle test shows that the material is suitable for the restoration of ancient stone buildings or ancient stone hydraulic structures in high environmental humidity.
