超高层建筑垃圾竖向运输缓冲装置的设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 超高层建筑垃圾采用竖向通道进行运输已成为新型环保的处理方式,但因其竖向运输高度高、废弃物质量大,存在易造成运输管道破坏、噪声大、易起扬尘等问题。为解决此类问题,设计了一种新型的超高层建筑垃圾竖向运输通道缓冲装置,应用于深圳某超高层工程并对新型缓冲装置的可操作性及实用性进行了验证。结果表明:该装置能有效减缓建筑垃圾下落所产生的重力势能,进而减少对管道的冲击力,提高管道使用寿命;同时该缓冲装置可降低建筑垃圾下落所产生的噪声。该方法解决了超高层建筑垃圾竖向运输问题,具有一定的借鉴推广意义。 It has become a new environmental protection way to transport super high-rise building construction waste through vertical channels. However, due to its high height of vertical transportation and heavy weight of construction waste, it is easy to cause the damage of transportation pipeline, the loud noise, the dust-raising and etc. To solve these problems, a new type of buffer device for the vertical transportation pipeline of super high-rise building construction waste is designed, which is applied to a super high-rise project in Shenzhen and the operability and practicability of the new buffer device are verified. The results show that, the device can effectively reduce the gravitational potential energy generated by the falling of construction waste, thereby reducing the impact on the pipeline, and improving the service life of the pipeline;at the same time, the buffer device can reduce the noise generated by the falling of construction waste. The method solves the problem of vertical transportation of super high-rise buildings construction waste and has certain reference and promotion significance.
