PHEV动力系统匹配及控制策略研究

摘要 针对PHEV插电式混合动力系统存在的变速箱系统复杂庞大、动力系统集中在同一驱动轴上等问题,为简化变速箱,并将动力分布到前后轴,优化动力性能设计开发一种全新的插电式混合动力系统。研究的PHEV插电式混合动力系统采用单挡变速箱,简化了变速箱结构空间并降低了质量;三动力源分布前后轴,充分利用路面附着力来提高整车动力性。根据整车动力性能要求进行动力系统的参数匹配,在AVL Cruise软件中搭建整车模型。在保证动力性能的情况下以经济性最优为原则,在Simulink软件中编制整车驱动控制策略。进行AVL Cruise与Simulink软件的联合仿真,验证全新PHEV插电式混合动力系统与整车驱动控制策略能有效提高整车的动力性及经济性。 In order to solve the problems of complex and huge gearbox system and the concentrated power system on the same drive shaft in PHEV plug-in hybrid power system,a new plug-in hybrid power system was developed to simplify the gearbox,optimize the power distribution of the front and rear axles and optimize the dynamic performance design.The PHEV plug-in hybrid power system used single-speed gearbox,which simplified the space and decreased weight of the gearbox structure.Three power sources were distributed in the front and rear axles,making full use of the road adhesion to improve the vehicle’s dynamic performance.According to the requirements of vehicle dynamic performance,the parameters of the power system were matched,and the vehicle model was built in AVL Cruise software.Under the condition of guaranteeing the power performance,the vehicle driving control strategy was prepared in Simulink software based on the principle of optimum economy.Finally,the joint simulation of AVL Cruise and Simulink software verifies that the new PHEV plug-in hybrid power system and vehicle driving control strategy can effectively improve the power and economy of the vehicle.
