白车身整体弯曲刚度传力转移机制及评价研究

摘要 基于白车身截面,剖析内部力的传递转移,发现以门槛梁弯曲刚度作为整体弯曲刚度的唯一评价的局限性。提出座椅安装刚度与门槛梁弯曲刚度相结合的评价整体弯曲刚度方法,通过厚度灵敏度分析验证座椅安装刚度与门槛梁弯曲刚度之间具有互补性。针对相关车型数据统计,可知二者间比值也对白车身整体弯曲刚度评价具有参考价值。 Based on the cross section of BIW,transfer of internal forces was analyzed,and the limitation of the unique evaluation of the sill beam bending stiffness as overall bending stiffness was found.The method of evaluating overall bending stiffness combined with the seat bending stiffness and the sill beam bending stiffness was proposed.The thickness sensitivity analysis was used to verify the complementarity between the seat bending stiffness and the sill beam bending stiffness.According to the statistics of related models,it was concluded that the ratio between the two also has reference value for the overall bending stiffness evaluation of BIW.
