基于台架实验和有限元的空心铸铝控制臂强度研究

摘要 针对某车型设计了空心铸铝控制臂,利用HyperMesh建立有限元模型。根据整车多体动力学模型及强度工况提取虚拟试验场工况下的虚拟载荷,对铸铝控制臂进行强度分析,并设计台架实验验证强度,CAE分析及实验结果表明设计满足强度要求。 A hollow casting control arm was designed for a certain model and a finite element model was built by HyperMesh software.The virtual load under the working condition of virtual proving ground was extracted based on vehicle multi-body dynamics model and strength condition.The strength of the casting aluminum control arm was analyzed,and the strength was verified by design bench test.CAE analysis and bench test results show that design meets strength requirements.
