摘要
IgG4相关性疾病(IgG4-related disease,IgG4-RD)是一种慢性纤维炎性疾病,可累及全身多种器官。大部分患者对治疗敏感,但本病易复发。本文从年龄、性别、受累器官、血清学、治疗方案等方面探讨IgG4-RD复发的危险因素,以为IgG4-RD患者制定治疗方案提供参考。
IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD) is a chronic fibro-inflammatory disease that affects multiple organs. Most patients are sensitive to treatment, but the disease is prone to relapse. Investigating the risk factors for IgG4-RD recurrence from age, gender, affected organs, serological characteristics, and treatment regimens might provide the best treatment decision for patients with high risk factors.
