基于新医科建设一流药学专业刍议——以安徽新华学院为例

An Attempting?Discussion of the Construction of First-Class Pharmaceutical Specialty Based on “New College of Medicine” ——Take Anhui Xinhua University as An Example

应用型大学建设以人才培养为本,本科教育为根。建设高等教育强国必须坚持“以本为本”,加快建设高水平本科教育。一流药学专业建设关系我国药物研发、生产、质量控制、经营和管理人才培养的质量,应用型人才培养质量直接与我国工业发展密切相关。基于新医科,围绕专业定位、师资队伍、综合改革、质量保障、人才模式创新建设一流专业,有利于完善应用型高校的专业结构,促进专业建设质量提升,构建高水平应用型人才培养体系。

The construction of applied universities should be based on talent cultivation and rooted in undergraduate education.In order to build a powerful country in higher education,we must adhere to the principle of“taking undergraduate education as the foundation”and speed up the construction of high-level undergraduate education.The construction of first-class pharmacy specialty is related to the quality of personnel training in drug research and development,production,quality control,management and administration.The training quality of applied talents is closely connected with China’s industrial development.Based on“new college of medicine”,the construction of first-class specialty should focus on professional orientation,teaching staff,comprehensive reform,quality assurance and innovation in talent cultivation model.The measures are conducive to improving the professional structure of applied universities,promoting the quality of specialty construction and building a high-level training system for applied talents.
