摘要
在国内外教师教学质量评价体系研究基础上,以安徽审计职业学院为研究对象,运用问卷调查、实地调研方法,基于SPSS进行数据分析,总结该院当前教师教学质量评价体系存在评价主体不全面、评价内容不合理、评价过程不监督、评价结果不应用等问题,提出重视教师自我评价、完善教师教学质量评价体系、建立教师教学质量评价监督系统和反馈系统等建议,以期为财经类高职院校改进教师教学质量评价体系提供依据。
Based on studies on teacher and teaching quality evaluation system at home and abroad,this paper takes Anhui Vocational College of Auditing as the research object,uses the methods of questionnaire survey and field investigation,and takes data analysis based on SPSS.It has been found that there are some problems in current teachers and teaching quality evaluation system in this college,like incomprehensive main body,unreasonable contents,lack of supervision in the process,ill application of evaluation results,etc.To this end,this paper puts forward the suggestions so as to provide the basis for improving teacher and teaching quality evaluation system:valuing teachers’self-assessment,improving teacher and teaching quality evaluation system,and setting up the supervision system and feedback system and so on.
