秦柏洗剂配合中药内服治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Efficiency observation of combined internal-external therapy on vulgaris psoriasis

目的:观察秦柏洗剂配合内服土槐丹四物汤加味对寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将60例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组内服土槐丹四物汤加味;治疗组同时配合秦柏洗剂外洗。结果:治疗8周后治疗组PASI评分下降优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较有显著差异(P﹤0.05),未发现明显不良反应。结论:秦柏洗剂外洗配合中药内服治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效高于单纯内服中药,能够明显缓解患者临床症状,临床疗效较好,无明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qinbai lotion and modified oral Tuhuaidan Siwu decoction on vulgaris psoriasis.Methods:60 cases of patients with vulgaris psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with modified oral Tuhuaidan Siwu decoction,while the treatment group was treated plus with Qinbai lotion for external washing on the basis of control group.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,PASI score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%in treatment group and 66.67%in control group;compared between two groups,there was a significant difference(P﹤0.05),and without obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qinbai lotion for external washing and oral Chinese medical herbs decoction on vulgaris psoriasis is better than that of simple oral Chinese medical herbs decoction,which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and with satisfactory clinical effect and no obvious adverse reactions.
