The Influence of Environmental Regulation on Construction Industry—— An Analysis Based on Mesomeric Effect

环境规制是政府出于环境保护而颁布的一系列法律法规以及采取的奖惩措施,建筑业作为传统高污染企业,必然会受到环境规制的影响。本文通过选取上海、安徽、陕西三个省市2007-2018年的数据,通过中介回归方法,分析了环境规制对建筑业的影响机理,为环境规制对建筑业的影响路径研究提供理论支撑。

Environmental regulation is a series of laws and regulations promulgated by the government for environmental protection and the rewards and punishments adopted.As a traditional high-pollution enterprise,the construction industry will inevitably be affected by environmental regulation.Based on the data of Shanghai,Anhui and Shaanxi provinces from 2007 to 2018,this paper analyzed the impact mechanism of environmental regulation on the construction industry by means of mediation regression method,which provides theoretical support for the study of the impact path of environmental regulation on the construction industry.
