Cooperative Planning——the Exploration and Enlightenment on Rural Revitalization in Taiwan

从台湾乡村振兴两个具体的案例入手,探讨乡村振兴如何创新地方产业、发展旅游、整合经济、重塑空间。台湾乡村振兴的特殊之处在于其自下而上的发展方向,从经济与公益的角度来激发乡村活力,并且以教育为根,以教育反哺乡村,促进乡村振兴的可持续,这表明乡村振兴不仅要从空间规划考虑,更重要的是如何激活产业,让乡村产业与空间联动。

Starting with two specific cases of Rural Revitalization in Taiwan,this paper discusses how to innovate local industries,develop tourism,integrate economy and reshape space in rural revitalization.The special feature of Rural Revitalization in Taiwan lies in its bottom-up direction of development.It stimulates rural vitality from the perspective of economy and public welfare,and takes education as the root to feed back the rural areas,which promotes the sustainable development of rural revitalization.This shows that the rural revitalization should not only be considered from the perspective of spatial planning,but also how to activate industries and make rural industries linked with space.
