摘要
劳动教育是新时代党教育方针的重要内容之一。对A职业院校学生进行问卷调查显示,学生偏重认同于脑力劳动,轻视体力劳动;劳动动机偏重自我实现,利他性缺失;职业院校落实劳动教育课程不到位;职业院校思政、专业等课程融合劳动教育不理想。引导学生树立正确劳动观,有机融合劳动教育与思想政治教育、职业技术教育,是职业院校劳动教育功能价值实现的方法。
Labor education is one of the significant contents of CPC education policy in the new era. Questionnaire survey of students in A vocational college shows that students appreciate mental labor, not manual labor;labor motivation is mainly self-realizing, lack of altruism. At the same time, the questionnaire survey also shows that the poor implementation of labor education courses in vocational colleges;and the inferior integration of ideological and political courses, professional courses in vocational colleges. Guiding students to establish a correct labor concept, organically integrating labor education with ideological and political education, and vocational and technical education are the methods to realize the functional value of labor education in vocational colleges.
