冠心宁中14种成分的含量测定

Determination of 14 components in Guanxinning

建立同时测定冠心宁中主要水溶性和难溶性药效物质的HPLC测定方法。采用HPLC同时测定丹参素、藁本内酯、丹参酮IIA等14种成分的含量。色谱条件可同时测定上述14种成分,其方法学验证符合药典要求。冠心宁水煎液只可检测到丹参素等8种成分,醇提液可检测到含水难溶性和水溶性的14种成分。建立的测定方法简便、灵敏,适用于冠心宁的体外质量控制。

HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of the main water-soluble and poorly-soluble substances in Guanxinning. Simultaneous determination of tanshinol, ligustilide, tanshinone IIA and other 14 components by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions can be used to determine the above 14 components at the same time, and its methodological verification met the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia. Guanxinning decoction, only 8 components such as Danshensu can be detected, and alcohol extract can detect 14 components that were hardly soluble in water and water soluble. The established method was simple, sensitive and suitable for in vitro quality control of Guanxinning.
