随着教育综合改革的推进,立德树人、课程思政都对教师的职业道德、职业能力、职业品质提出了新要求,教师在传授知识、技能的同时,更应注重人的培养。育人课堂教学是一个战场,但不限于课堂教学,它应该是全方位的,需要教师转变职业教育理念,沉下心来创新地开展各项建设,实现个人价值与学生价值提升的双重效果,以教育部倡导的"金课"建设为契机,从教师建设"金课"、用好"金课"的角度开展全员、全方位、全过程的育人服务。

Teachers should pay more attention to the cultivation of people while imparting knowledge and skills.
