摘要
油茶作为世界四大木本油料树种(油茶、橄榄、椰子、棕榈)之一,经济价值高、适应性强,是绿色富民产品。本文概述了油茶产业发展的历史及种植、生产加工现状,综合分析了油茶的实用价值和应用前景,以宜春市油茶产业发展为依据,指出了当前油茶产业发展遇到的瓶颈问题,并就认知提升、政策资金扶持、产业联动、品牌建设等方面提出展望对策,促进油茶产业发展。
Camellia oleifera is one of the world's four largest woody oils(C.oleifera,C.album,Cocos nucifera,Trachycarpus fortunei),with high economic value and strong adaptability and it is a green and rich industry.This paper summarizes the history of C.oleifera industry development and the status quo of planting,production and processing.The practical value and application prospect of C.oleifera are comprehensively analyzed here.Based on the development of C.oleifera industry in Yichun,it points out the bottleneck problems encountered in the development of C.oleifera industry.The promotion of acknowledge of C.oleifera,policy funding,industrial linkage,brand building and other aspects put forward prospective countermeasures to promote the development of the C.oleifera industry.
