油茶产业助推赣州精准扶贫的现状与思考

The current situation and consideration of Camellia oleifera industry promoting precision poverty alleviation in Ganzhou

江西是油茶重点分布区,而赣州是江西第二大油茶产区,2013年被原国家林业局确定为全国油茶产业发展示范市,“赣南茶油”被认定为地理标志产品;赣州具有依靠油茶产业精准扶贫脱贫的土地资源、气候、科技支撑、精深加工和市场营销等优势;文章分析赣州以油茶产业精准扶贫的状况及依靠该产业脱贫致富中当前存在的问题,并提出行之有效的相应对策。

Jiangxi province is the key distribution area of Camellia oleifera,and Ganzhou is the second largest producing area.In 2013,Ganzhou was designated as the national demonstration city of C.oleifera industry by the State Forestry Administration.“Gannan tea oil”has been identified as the product of geographical indications.It has the advantages of relying on the C.oleifera industry to accurately help the poor to get rid of poverty,such as land resources,climate,technology support,intensive processing and marketing.The present situation of the industry's precise poverty alleviation and the existing problems in the industry's poverty alleviation and development and effective countermeasures are put forward.
