摘要
基于动态热电偶测温理论,以STM32微处理器为数据采集设备控制中枢,以基于C#的PC端应用程序为面向用户窗口,建立了直齿圆柱齿轮的全齿面接触闪温测量系统.自主设计开发的C#应用程序以齿面接触闪温相关领域研究需求为导向,着眼研究效率的提升并兼顾用户体验,定制实现了测量结果的展示、存储、批量回放、对照切换以及齿面接触闪温主要参数值的估计等功能.通过系统测量实践结果与Blok闪温理论及公式的对照分析,证明系统测量结果准确可靠.
In this paper,based on the dynamic thermocouple temperature measurement,using an STM32 programmable microcontroller as the control center of the data acquisition equipment and a user-oriented PC terminal application created by C#,a whole gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperature-measurement system for spur gear has been built.The C#-based application,focuses on research efficiency and user experience,has been designed and developed independently to achieve some functions like the measured results display,storage,batch playback,switching comparisons and the estimation for main parameters of gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperatures,in order to meet the research needs in the related field of gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperature.It is proved that results measured by the proposed system in this paper are accurate and reliable in comparion with those with Blok flash temperature theory and formula.
