摘要
以一台永磁无刷直流电动机为例,用路算法确定主要尺寸,建立二维有限元模型,通过场路耦合法确定电磁方案。将仿真结果和实验结果进行对比分析,证明该方案的准确可靠性,同时为后续同类电机的研制提供了参考依据。
A permanent magnet brushless DC motor was taken as an example,the main dimensions were determined by the circuit algorithm,the two-dimensional finite element model was established,and the electromagnetic scheme was determined by the field circuit coupling method.The simulation results and the experimental results were compared and analyzed,which proves the accuracy and reliability of the adopted scheme,and provides a reference basis for the development of similar motor in the future.
