Design and Application of Dust-proof Component of GE Essential Breast DR Tube Collimator

本文通过分析检测美国GE公司全新数字乳腺X线摄影产品“Senographe Essential”出现的问题,为数字乳腺设备维护、使用提供可借鉴的经验。对于曝光图像出现的点状伪影,通过检修测试发现设计缺陷,将球馆准直器处进行改造,加装防尘组件,使得原有球馆通气路径设计缺陷造成X线球馆罩内部的集尘量大大减少。经过运行测试,图像点状伪影消失,图像质量大大改善,为医院节省了大量经费。

In this paper,the problems of GE’s new digital mammography product“Senographe Essential”were analyzed and detected,so as to provide reference experience for the maintenance and use of digital mammography equipment.Defects in the design of spot-like artifacts in the exposed image were discovered through maintenance testing.The collimator of the arena was retrofitted with dust-proof components,which caused a defect in the original ventilating path design of the arena and greatly reduced the dust collection inside the X-ray arena cover.After running the test,the spot-like artifact disappeared and the image quality was greatly improved,which saved a lot of money for the hospital.
