微创内腔镜手术在上尿路肿瘤中的应用

Application of Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery in Upper Urinary Tract Tumors

目的分析微创内腔镜手术在上尿路肿瘤中的应用效果。方法研究阶段为2013年1月到2018年12月,共纳入研究对象100例,均为上尿路肿瘤患者,随机分组,对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用微创内腔镜手术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后首次下床活动时间、术后住院时间、住院费用均要低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组并发症总发生率4.0%低于对照组20.0%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对上尿路肿瘤患者采用微创内腔镜治疗科缩短手术时间、减少术中出血,安全性良好,有效缩短患者住院时间和费用,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive endoscopy in upper urinary tract tumors.Methods From January 2013 to December 2018,100 patients with upper urinary tract tumors were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with laparoscopy,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive endoscopy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative first time to get out of bed,postoperative hospital stay,and hospitalization expenses were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(4.0%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The department of minimally invasive endoscopy for upper urinary tract tumors can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,be safe and effectively shorten the time and cost of hospitalization,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
