医疗器械清洗消毒质量的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Cleaning and Disinfection Quality of Medical Instruments

目的探讨医疗器械清洗消毒质量的影响因素分析。方法采取随机抽样法,对院内医疗器械进行抽取,抽取数量为123件,评估其消毒质量,同时对影响因素进行分析,对比实施前后清洗消毒质量。结果医疗器械种类、清洗方式、消毒液及酶洗液添加情况,清洗合格率比较差异显著(P<0.05);实施后医疗器械消毒不合格率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论医疗器械清洗消毒质量的影响因素主要为清洗方式不合理、消毒剂使用不规范等,需强化干预,通过采取合理有效的质量管理,可降低不合格率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of cleaning and disinfection quality of medical instruments.Methods Random sampling method was adopted to extract 123 pieces of hospital medical instruments and evaluate their disinfection quality.Meanwhile,the influencing factors were analyzed to compare the cleaning and disinfection quality before and after the implementation.Results there was a significant difference in the qualified rate of cleaning between the types of medical devices,cleaning methods,addition of disinfectant and enzyme solution(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of medical instrument disinfection after implementation was significantly lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion the main factors influencing the quality of cleaning and disinfection of medical instruments are unreasonable cleaning methods and non-standard use of disinfectants,which need to be strengthened.
