肠道支架与肠梗阻导管在腹腔镜手术治疗梗阻性结直肠癌中的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Intestinal Stent and Intestinal Obstruction Catheter in the Treatment of Obstructive Colorectal Cancer by Laparoscopic Surgery

目的研究肠道支架与肠梗阻导管在腹腔镜手术治疗梗阻性结直肠癌中的效果对比。方法将68例2016年4月~2018年3月于我院进行腹腔镜手术治疗的梗阻性结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,并依据随机分组原则将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各34例。观察组采用肠道支架置入行腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用肠梗阻导管置入行腹腔镜手术治疗,对比患者的手术治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果患者的术中出血量、手术时间、肠道准备时间对比无明显差异,患者均未存在并发症现象(P>0.05)。结论在梗阻性结直肠癌患者的腹腔镜手术治疗中,两种手术方式治疗效果均显著,患者可根据个人的情况以及病情变化选择手术方式。

Objective To compare the effect of intestinal stent and intestinal obstruction catheter in laparoscopic surgery for obstructive colorectal cancer.Methods 68 patients with obstructive colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random grouping,34 case patients were treated by laparoscopic intestinal stent placement,while in the control group,the patients were treated by laparoscopic intestinal obstruction catheter placement.The anal exhaust time,abdominal pain and distension relief time,operation cost and hospitalization days were compared to observe the complications of patients.Results There was no significant difference in bleedibowel diameter before and after operation,hospitalization time,portal exhaust time and abdominal pain and distention relief time between the two groups.There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the trents with laparoscopic surgery,the two surgical methods can effectively help patients get good treatment,and will not bring complications for patients.Intestinal stent therapy has a better clinical effect in bowel preparation and abdominal pain relief than intestinal obstruction catheter.Intestinal obstruction catheter has the advantage of low operation cost,patients in the process of clinical treatment can be based on individual circumstances and disease changes to choose different surgical methods.
