中医定向透药治疗仪辅助治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征的疗效

The Therapeutic Effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Medicine-Penetrating Treatment Instrument in the Treatment of Children’s Upper Airway Cough Syndrome

目的探讨中医定向透药疗法治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法将110例我院UACS慢性咳嗽患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各55例。2组均口服氯雷他定1周,鼻腔吸人糖皮质激素1月。治疗组在此基础上加用中医定向透药治疗仪辅助治疗,对照组不予药物导入治疗。结果治疗组和对照组患儿第5天和第10天的咳嗽评分与治疗前基线水平相比,分别都呈下降趋势(P<0.001),治疗组在第10天的咳嗽评分明显低于对照组(P=0.035);对照组复发率明显高于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用中医定向透药疗法治疗儿童UACS慢性咳嗽能显著改善患者症状,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine targeted transdermal therapy(UACS)on children.Methods A total of 110 children patients who were diagnosed with UACS at the Department.Both groups received oral loratadine for 1 week,and nasal inhalation of glucocorticoid for 1 month.In addition to these,the treatment group also received Chinese once every 2 days,for a total of 5 times.Results The cough score of 5 days and 10 days treatment showed a downward trend compared with the baseline level of variance analysis(P<0.001).The cough score of 10 days lower in the treatment group compared with the control group(P=0.035).The recurrence rate in the control group(12.7%),that was statistical difference(P<0.05).In addition,the total clinical efficacy was significantly higher in the treatment group(90.9%)than the drug therapy control group(76.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of Chinese medicine targeted transdermal therapy on the basis of conventional treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of UACS on children patients.
