论述无创正压通气在慢阻肺所致呼吸衰竭中的应用

To Discuss the Application of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Respiratory Failure Caused by Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的深入分析无创正压通气对于治疗慢阻肺所形成的呼吸衰竭所产生的影响意义。方法将进入我院进行治疗的50例慢阻肺所导致的呼吸衰竭患者为案例进行分析,其时间跨度为2年,根据实验需要,将所有患者随机分配为对照组和观察者,前者为25例,主要应用的是纳洛酮进行治疗;后者为25例,采用无创正压通气治疗方式,治疗完成之后需要对比两组患者的动脉血气变化等情况。结果观察组动脉血气变化优于对照组,P<0.05。结论慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者,应用无创正压通气,可以更好的改善患者的血气指标,值得推广应用.

Objective To analyze the significance of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in our hospital.The time span was 2 years.All patients were randomly assigned to control group and observer according to the experimental needs.The former was 25 For example,the main application is naloxone for treatment;the latter is 25 cases,using non-invasive positive pressure ventilation tre completion of treatment,it is necessary to compare the arterial blood gas changes of the two groups of patients.Results The changes of arterial blood gas in the observation group were better l group,P<0.05.Conclusion In patients with chronic obstructive pressure ventilation can improve the blood gas index of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
