无创呼吸机在急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者中的应用

Application of Noninvasive Ventilator in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Acute Left Heart Failure

目的分析无创呼吸机在急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选择49例急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭患者进行分组,常规组患者进行常规治疗,无创呼吸组患者在此基础上进行呼吸机通气治疗。结果治疗后,无创呼吸机组较常规组PH值、PR值、SBP值、HR值、PaO2值、SpO2值等参数更好(P<0.05)。结论将无创呼吸机应用在治疗急性心肌梗死并发急性左心衰竭治疗中,效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of noninvasive ventilator in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure.Methods Forty-nine patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure were enrolled.Patients in the routine group were treated routinely.Patients in the non-invasive breathing group were treated with ventilator ventilation.Results After treatment,the non-invasive breathing unit had better parameters such as PH value,PR value,SBP value,HR value,PaO2 value and SpO2 value than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-invasive ventilator is used in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure.The effect is significant and worthy of popularization and application.
