体外膈肌起搏器用于慢性心衰患者治疗效果研究

Effect of Extracorporeal Diaphragm Pacemaker on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探析慢性心衰患者应用体外膈肌起搏器的临床疗效。方法研究样本为我院收录的58例慢性心力衰竭患者,收录时间在2018年7月至2019年6月。以计算机表法为分组依据,将患者分为29例对照组(常规药物治疗)、29例实验组(常规药物治疗+体外膈肌起搏器治疗),分析两组患者的呼吸肌力量、心肺功能、生活质量评分。结果调查的各项指标在治疗后均得到一定的改善,其中实验组呼吸肌力量、肺功能、生活质量更优(P<0.05)。结论慢性心衰患者采用体外膈肌起搏器的治疗方案,可以有效地改善患者的呼吸肌力量与心肺功能,提高患者的生活水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of external diaphragmatic pacemaker in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,58 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were used as study samples.Based on computer table method,the patients were divided into 29 control groups(conventional drug treatment)and 29 experimental groups(conventional drug treatment+external diaphragm pacemaker treatment).Moreover,the respiratory muscle strength,cardiopulmonary function,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results All the indicators in the survey were improved after treatment,and the respiratory muscle strength,lung function and quality of life in the experimental group were better(P<0.05)Conclusion The use of external diaphragm pacemaker therapy in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the respiratory muscle strength and cardiopulmonary function of patients,and improve their living standards.
