观察在小儿非癫痫性发作性疾病中视频脑电图的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Video Electroencephalogram in Children with Non-Epileptic Paroxysmal Diseases

目的研究探讨视频脑电图在小儿非癫痫性发作性疾病中诊断价值。方法选择2017年~2018年我院门诊、住院收治及NICU、PICU床旁脑电视频监测的患儿4700人次,进行视频脑电监测。结果4700人次中,癫痫患儿1000余人次(21.28%),其中包括失神80余例,BECT300余例,肌阵挛10余例,婴儿痉挛50余例,部分性发作20余例,PICU的床旁长程视频脑电监测癫痫持续状态10余例。非癫痫样发作患儿中,热性惊厥100余例,病脑30余例,脑性瘫痪80余例,运动发育落后300余例,孤独症患儿200余例,遗尿症患儿50余例,抽动症患儿400余例。新生儿床旁视频脑电监测260余例,其中轻度异常161例,中度异常23例,重度异常6例。结论视频脑电图在小儿非癫痫性发作性疾病中,诊断结果理想,有助于病情准确判断。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of video electroencephalogram in children with non-epileptic seizures.Methods 4700 children with out-patient treatment,inpatient treatment and frequency monitoring of cerebral television next to the bed were selected from 2017 to 2018 for video electroencephalogram monitoring.Results Among the 4700 cases,there were more than 1000 patients with epilepsy(21.28%),including more than 80 cases of loss of consciousness,more than 300 cases of BECT,more than 10 cases of muscle clonic,more than 50 cases of infantile spasm,more than 20 cases of partial sexual seizures,and PICU.The long-range video electroencephalogram monitoring epilepsy continued in more than 10 cases.Among the children with non-epileptic seizures,there were more than 100 cases of thermal convulsions,more than 30 cases of brain disease,more than 80 cases of cerebral paralysis,more than 300 cases of sports development,more than 200 cases of children with autism,more than 50 cases of children with enuresis,and more than 400 cases of pumping.More than 260 cases were monitored by video electroencephalogram next to newborn bed,of which 161 were mild abnormal,23 moderate abnormal and 6 severe abnormal.Conclusion Video EEG is ideal for diagnosis of non-epileptic seizures in children,and is helpful for accurate diagnosis.
