亚低温治疗仪在亚低温治疗患者中的应用探析

Application of Temperature Measuring Catheter in Patients with Mild Hypothermia

目的探讨测温导尿管在检验亚低温治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年1月-2018年12月期间神外监护室联合ICU收治的颅脑损伤患者63例参与研究,给予全部患者亚低温治疗,用测温导尿管对患者膀胱温进行监测,同时,对腋温探头对患者腋温进行监测,并对所得结果与血温测定结果进行对比。结果与血温相比,腋温测定结果与血温结果存在显著的统计学差异,经检验,P<0.05,膀胱温测定结果与血温结果相比,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。结论应用测温导尿管测定膀胱温,更接近血温结果,更能够准确反映机体的温度情况,对于监测患者病情变化具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of temperature catheter in the treatment of mild hypothermia.Methods 63 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 in combination with ICU were selected and treated with mild hypothermia.The bladder temperature was monitored by temperature catheter,and the axillary temperature was monitored by axillary temperature probe,and the results were compared with those measured by blood temperature.Results Compared with blood temperature,there was significant difference between axillary temperature and blood temperature,P<0.05,bladder temperature and blood temperature.Results compared with P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The determination of bladder temperature by temperature catheter is closer to the result of blood temperature and can accurately reflect the temperature of the body,which is of great significance for monitoring the changes of patients’condition.
