综合性循证护理在预防CT增强扫描中造影剂不良反应中的作用观察

Observation on the Role of Comprehensive Evidence-Based Nursing in Preventing Adverse Reactions of Contrast Agents in Enhanced CT Scanning

目的观察与研究综合性循证护理在预防CT增强扫描中造影剂不良反应中的作用。方法从2018年6月-2019年4月期间选取82例在我院进行CT增强扫描的患者,将82例患者进行平均分组分为常规组与试验组,常规组41例在CT增强扫描中实施常规护理,试验组41例CT增强扫描中给予综合性循证护理,分析护理干预在预防CT增强扫描中造影剂不良反应中的作用。结果试验组患者不良反应发生率为4.88%,比常规组的26.83%低,结果对比差异较明显(P<0.05)。结论在CT增强扫描中应用综合性循证护理,可以预防和降低造影剂不良反应发生情况。

Objective To observe and study the role of comprehensive evidence-based nursing in preventing adverse reactions of contrast agents in enhanced CT scan.Methods From June 2018 to April 2019 selected 82 cases in our hospital during the period of patients with CT enhanced scan,will be average grouping 82 patients divided into normal group and experimental group and routine group of 41 cases of routine nursing in CT enhanced scan,experimental group 41 cases of CT enhanced scan to give comprehensive evidence-based nursing,nursing intervention in the prevention of CT enhancement scanning contrast agents in the role of adverse reactions.Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.88%,which was lower than that in the conventional group(26.83%),and the difference in results was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive evidence-based nursing in CT enhanced scan can prevent and reduce adverse reactions of contrast agents.
